    Price and payments

    We only accept credit or debit card as the method of payment. The credit and debit cards will be charged through Paypal. We accept major cards; Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and MasterCard. We only arrange a delivery for your order once the payment has been cleared. The prices shown exclude vat, and shipping cost. The shipping cost will be added once you choose the destination country and will be calculated on the check out page.

    Your order

    Once you place an order through our website this forms an offer to purchase a product from us. Please be aware that this does not indicate that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We acknowledge your offer by sending a confirmation email. We are under no obligation to supply and dispatch any product unless we have provided you with a confirmation. Occasionally we might be waiting for stock delivery, which will be stated as on the site and you will be given an option to know when they are next back in store. However you can pre-order the item which ensures you that you can receive the product in priority once the stock is back in store.

    We do our best to supply our on line store regularly, however in the unlikely event that the product you have paid for will not be available to sell, we will inform you in writing and we offer you a full refund.

    Custom or import duties

    The products sent outside UK may be subject to its destination country customs or import duties. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies differ among countries; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

    Our Policies on Returns and Exchanges

    Customer service is of up most importance to us at DAZZYS. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our number one priority. We believe our returns policy is fair and open, however, there are some stipulations that we make in the interest of efficiency.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 7 days for UK orders and within 14 days for international orders, beginning on the day after your have received the product. Returned products must be with their original packaging, unused, unwashed and with their original branded labels and boxes. Please note we are unable to refund and exchange item(s) that are damaged, handled inappropriately, or used.

    There is no need to contact us prior to returning your item; you will be responsible for the cost of returning the good to us. Please complete the returns form enclosed with you item(s). It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us safely, so we strongly advise that a proof of postage is obtained when returning any part of your order and retaining the proof until you receive your refund notification. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned items.

    Upon the receipt of the returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. Delivery costs will not be refunded. We will only refund the delivery charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty or does not match your order. For any exchange or return the postage is expected to be paid by the customer.

    Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will process the refund within 14 days of receipt and will inform you by email confirming your refund. We can only exchange items for a product for within the same price range subject to availability. If you wish to exchange it for another item that has a different price please return your item and place a new order.

    Please note that items which are made to order are not refundable or exchangeable.

    Faulty items

    In the unlikely event that the product you received is not in perfect condition notify us by email at daisy@dazzys.com on the same day you received the product. If you fail to notify us within the same day of receiving the product we may not be able to accept your claim. The products returned due to imperfections will be refunded in full, and we will cover all the delivery charges.

    Please note that DAZZYS cannot be held responsible for any damage to scarves due to general wear and tear.

    We do not collect or store financial information on our website. Instead we use a third party check out service to conclude any financial transaction. We currently use Secure Trading, which are secure and reliable.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    Our policies on shipping and delivery

    We are happy to deliver orders worldwide. All the orders are shipped between Mondays to Friday from 9am to 5pm and require a signature upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained the item will be held by the delivery company and require customer to arrange a re-delivery or pick up. DAZZYS does not take any responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.

    We cannot change the delivery address once the order is dispatched. We ship to business and residential addresses however cannot deliver to PO BOX numbers. Your parcel will be given a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped; it is then the customer’s responsibility to track their items. To learn about the shipping cost select your destination country in the drop down menu on the shopping bag page and shipping charges will automatically appear.

    Destinations

    We ship worldwide to Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, major Asian and Middle East countries. If you require shipping to a country that is not listed in the shipping list in the check-out process, please email us at daisy@dazzys.com. We ship to both business and residential addresses. Business addresses are preferred to ensure a timely delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

    Delivery times

    With Standard Recorded delivery in the UK it takes between 3-4 days and international deliveries can take between 5-10 days. If you wish to have it delivered faster choose the Express or Next Day delivery where applicable at the checkout. If you have any question in regard to shipping email us at daisy@dazzys.com

    Please note DAZZYS cannot be held liable for delays occurred at destination country custom clearance.

    Insurance

    DAZZYS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (e.g. gifts) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by DAZZYS and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

    Transfer of title

    Once a signature has been obtained upon the delivery of the goods the title of the goods is passed to you. If we deliver a gift for you at a third party address, the signature obtained from the delivery address is considered proof of delivery and transfer of title ownership.

    Taxes / VAT

    To countries outside of the EU we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We are unable to advise the amount this may be, as they change from country to country and from time to time. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. DAZZYS cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty and the recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Please be aware that if the items shipped were returned because the recipient is not willing to pay the applicable local taxes/ import duties, the delivery address is wrong or there is no one to accept the package, we are unable to refund shipping charges, custom charges and any return charges incurred by DAZZYS.
